Present Perfect Tense

Present perfect:- We use third form of verb in present perfect tense with has/have to give a completion report of an action. But never use any point of time in perfect tense but we can use just, ever, recently, yet.

Note: As we know we always use sound of “s” with verb when subject of the sentence is third person singular noun/ pronoun. The same rule will be applicable here also.

·       I have taken my dinner.

·       I have just seen the film.

·       I have already taken my dinner.

·       She has gone to school.

·       Mansi has written a letter.

·       Mansi and Yash have watched T.V.

We use this tense to give completion report in present.

The structure of the present perfect tense is as follows:

Subject+ has/ have+ past participle.
